  • Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT-05:00 Eastern Time) are included in the day’s processing batch. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

  • Peak Periods: During high-demand seasons or promotions, processing may take slightly longer. You will be notified promptly in case of any delays.


🚚 Transit & Total Delivery Time

  • Standard Transit: 7–9 business days (Monday–Friday) for delivery.

  • Handling & Packaging: Every order is carefully handled and packed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

  • Estimated Delivery: Total delivery time varies by destination and carrier. External factors such as customs, carrier delays, or high-volume periods may affect delivery timelines.


🔍 Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Track Online: Monitor your package anytime via the Track Your Order page.

  • Availability: Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.


❌ Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation Window: Customers may cancel orders within a limited time before they enter the dispatching stage.

  • How to Cancel: Contact our support team at support@elegancecarts.com immediately to request a cancellation.

  • Refunds: Canceled orders within the allowable window are eligible for a refund according to our Refund Policy.


📬 Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

  • Accuracy Required: Customers must provide correct shipping details during checkout. EleganceCarts is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Address Correction: If an error is noticed before shipping, contact support@elegancecarts.com promptly. Additional charges may apply.

  • Undeliverable Packages: Packages returned due to incorrect addresses may incur reshipping fees or other costs, which will be the customer’s responsibility.
